yes indeed there MAY be a possibility of gap up on Friday if US markets are not with any major setbacks and sentiments are normal
given the psychological view that this is a highly speculative stock and trigger the memory of many who contra it during those winning period before the credit woes... it shot up continuously...therefore, there's quite a chance for this stock to ride up...
the indicators that took a positive turn today went up steeply

hi Singaporegal & cashiertan...just like to see from my personal technical point of view...the price had overshot the upper bollinger band, the MFI had gone above 75% and also stochastic turned positively well....and all this just happened today...
its just a short term uptrend i think...nothing to be confirmed yet in the form of a longer term view...well tt's just my opinion

The huge capital intensive ppty development doesn't fit into co's overall profille as Jade has traditonally better in commodities trading with its own subsidiary,Jade Commodities..besides the $1.3billion russian oil futures contract is risky free as all obligations and risks are vested with 3rd party and Jade will be absolved from the risk but be entitled to the commissions.Only the CEO ,Brian has expertise and experience in ppty development,hence the termination of the ppty development contract with the Malaysian co can be viewed positively as Jade can concentrate on securing > contracts for oil futures as previously claimed by Dr.Soh in his interview in previous Edge magazine...the recent oil contract has just been approved at the EGM on 31Aug
