Ok... Let say all these negative points are right...... With Dow down 185 point...... Surely albedo will drop by Monday right? Should drop right?
If albedo holds it price at 6.6 to 6.7 at closing (I am not say it will happen) then with all this negativeness and still does not drop .......THEN.... You should know what will happen next.

Why out of sudden everyone so depress? Cheer up boys and girls. I don't think he will kill all small share holder, if he killed, he is killing himself in long ran. No one will trust him
Consolidation and later share placements to private institution -- this is typical strategy . Good track record company will do well, bad ones no need to say.. .

Usually consolidation of stock means price to come down. Split means up like Noble was 3.60 split 1/2 should be 1.8 but went up higher that was months back
How about you calculate this way ?

Share price must maintain above $0.20. But why they choose 17 shares ? And not 3 or 4 or 5 ? Logically 3-5 shares consolidate would be above that $0.20 already.

Worst situation scenario: $0.20/17=   $0.01176
Shares now at $0.07 ? Just be prepared for the worse. The worse may never come but the way Albedo management calculates, its kinda stupid. Cos after consolidation, you wont be losing just 1 bid if it drops. It would be 17 bids @ 5 pips after consolidation if it seriously drops. That means you lose more than 1 lot of Albedo for every pip down after consolidation.

I believe is a good gem, have faith.
Sold 0.069... Don't want to keep this baby over the weekend... Could not sell at 0.073, the only can sell at 0.069... Zzzzz....
for RTO to go through... there will be consolidation of shares
as per S& P.... consolidation 17:1
Based on $0.07 market price --> After consolidation, it will become $0.07 x 17 = $1.19/share
  $1.19/share... possible?

I also run today at 6.9 cts
Not too sure about long term but 95% new shares is too much dilution.

SINGAPORE: Albedo Ltd has agreed to a S$774mil (US$621mil) takeover by a company controlled by Malaysian businessman Tan Sri Danny Tan in a deal that will see Albedo join international property developers buying up land in Malaysia's sought-after Iskandar region.
Shares of Albedo fell as much as 13 percent in early trading in Singapore in response to a transaction that will see existing investors' holdings diluted.
Singapore-based Albedo plans to issue 34.55 billion new shares at S$0.0224 per share to Tan's Infinite Rewards Inc, equal to about 95 percent of the enlarged Albedo's stock.
Albedo will use proceeds to buy Reflections Oasis Inc, a subsidiary of Infinite Rewards which is in the process of acquiring seven parcels of land in Malaysia for commercial, industrial and residential development.
Based on an estimate by Knight Frank Malaysia Sdn Bhd, the aggregate market value of the land is about 2.71 billion ringgit ($856 million) as of Aug. 30.
The development of the Iskandar region, in Malaysia's southern state of Johor, is spearheaded by the country's state investment arm Khazanah Nasional Bhd and has attracted companies including CapitaLand Limited, Southeast Asia's largest property developer.
Shares in Albedo fell to S$0.066 in early trading, compared with a record high of S$0.077 hit as recently as Sept. 12. Albedo had a market capitalisation of S$115 million at the close of the previous trading session, before the Infinite Rewards deal was announced. - Reuters
Can forget about breaking 8 cts... unless all developments are up and ready in few years time. Buy only if you intend to hold long long term.
I already cut losses yesterday.
