Is Biosensors a good buy?

yea, salute the operators behind man. haha.

and yea, more upside in the very (x3) short term. they should be about to hit their counter limits. very, very well played. i'll never want to go against them.

anyone wants to bet that they'll kena SGX query again today, to which the reply will be "we know of no material reason...." blah blah blah?

i don't know which is 'worse'. that a counter can be so blatantly ramped up, or that our authorities are powerless to do anything about it. money talks, indeed.

JJ, BIG has already "turned around" and fundamentally in their best form since IPO. Once BIG make the big break in DES industry, BIG will be unstoppable. The focus now is on Biomatrix's sales in Q1 results to see how the DES market is accepting Biomatrix. But please remember Biomatrix is still not launched in many key markets like China, Korea, France, Australia, etc in Q1FY09. Also, if LEADERS results is stunningly good, expect Biomatrix sales to double within 6 months. I believe smart money will be coming in to buy this stock. When BIG is proven to be the "Best Of The Best" stent company, those foreign biomed / life science / pharmaceutical institutional funds will also notice how come this "Best Of The Best" DES company is so cheap and obsecurely hidden in SGX. Potential takeover candidates could be secretly mopping up 4.9% of BIG. How can the one and only stent technology that can beat Xience DES be worth only 10% of what Abbott paid for buying Xience R&D program? Plus, BIG also has CE Mark, China JWMS, pipelines of next generation DES like Bio-flex, Biomatrix-Freedom, Biolimus ABSORB DES. BIG should be able to cross $1 within 10 weeks. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the Biosensors Getai Show. It will be a very stunning performance and better than Royston Tan's Papaya 881. BIG is not expensive now because BIG was way too irrationally oversold last month (margin call dumping) and unappreciated in SGX. If we use takeover valuation of US$1.4B (Conor) and US$4.1B (Xience R&D program) as a benchmark and compare their "Takeover Valuation VS IPs, patents, clinical trial results, CE, JWMS, etc", I think BIG is very very ridicously undervalued. I think multi-bagger potential of this stock is definitely present.

 

Elf cut loss of 5 - 8% is a good practise. I don't think I shall let my stock dropped by 30% and buy again
