Anyway PL is 20ct, the take over px is 40cts is like i buy and return the profit to each other, tompang, tompang to buy some and hold can lahh.. Those BBs will again come in...then tompang, tompang to sell some lohh...Smiley.Just sharing my tot...seen it is soo..hot.Smiley

Anybody attending EGM of Banjoo on 25 June...can query directors whether can increase the placement to reflect certain discount from market price of 24cts instead of the ridulous price of 2.5 cts to the subscribers.Or is it a pre-contractual agreement so the EGM is just a formality to let the motion pass

if BanJoo has issued capital of somewhere 740,000,000 and the proposed placement shares to 2 directors is 145,000,000 - what would be the likely 'dilution' of the market valuation per share?
