 0335 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: Credit Suisse raises Indofood Agri Resources (5JS.SG) target price to S$1.15 from S$0.90; reiterates Outperform rating. Says stock remains top pick among Indonesian palm plays due to attractive valuation vs peers. Says company's fundamentals robust, is vertically integrated, set to benefit from operational improvements at 64.4%-owned London Sumatra (LSIP.JK). Adds given improving credit markets, concerns over company's gearing, though currently not excessive, likely to ease. Higher target price due to increase in 2009 target PE ratio to 13X from 10X to reflect re-rating of Indonesian market in past 2 months, improved equity market sentiment. Shares down 4.6% at S$0.835.
