can still move...but the most up to 52cts in near term....and
if the announced property deal is complete and successful in future,,,, may try go higher up to 63cts....
anything higher than that will be difficult and may have to wait for a long time....just a personal opinion...

If analysts are so accurate... they would have made a large bundle of moolah in no time and would be living whatever dream life they want. I just skim through such reports of general information. I honestly doubt any analyst would dare to publicly display their track record (or should I say loack of track record?) with regards to the accuracy of their target price for whatever counter they cover.

This counter is a breakout play.
Tomorrow should rise fast, price-reward may not be that attractive any more for entering should it open with a gap up.
Resistance @ 59c, 62c, 65c.
Personally, I would rather short @ resistance points.

Our scenario analysis suggests that if Oriental University City (OUC) is successfully listed, then the market would be grossly understating the value of Raffles Education’s (REC) education business.
Our View
We reckon there is a good chance REC may float OUC on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange ahead of its targeted timeline of August 2013. Assuming that the initial public offering goes through, OUC could command a P/B of 1.5-1.7x (about S$700-800m), depending on market conditions. .
Separately, management is close to identifying a co-developer for the OUC land, which will therefore allow REC to monetise part of its RMB2b investment. A new master planning document has also been submitted to the relevant authorities to convert more land (in addition to the 280,000 sq m) for mixed residential/commercial use. However, based on the company’s experience, the approval process could take up to 1.5 years.

as can be seen from recent movement upside of stock price, certainly another case of " buy on rumour, sell on news" ? probably only the insiders know the details....
Any news on OUC progress to list in HK stock Exchange..
