Hahaha...

I wouldn't be so brave as to say any trend can be known by anyone...

That would be utterly disrespectful of the market beast... lol... Smiley

I disagree with you on this one.

There are some trends that are difficult to see, but there are also trends that are easy to identify.

You can only say on one knows when a trend would change, but you can't say on one knows the trend.

Because there are many people who know the trend and make money through it.

Yours truly is one of them.

The problem with trend is no one knows the trend ...

until they have lost money... lol...  Smiley

Actually, I'm really lousy at predicting STI, so I've stop guessing where STI going do next.

The truth is, it does not matter where STI is moving, if you choose the right counter to trade.

All you have to do is just Buy strong up trending counters and Short weak down trending counters. That's what I do.

Some people may be very happy when Dow is green and sad when Dow is red, but what Dow do, does not necessary mean STI would follow. So why border?

Ignore the noise and just follow the trend, is what I would do. Not the trend of STI, but the trend of individual counters that you want to trade.

Sifu Alex, what's your view of STI for the next 1 week? Dow happened to green on Fri where we expected Red. Bit confused now. Pls enlighten with your analysis

alexchia01      ( Date: 26-Aug-2011 12:22) Posted:

Short Yangzijiang.

Stop-Loss at $1.055.

No T.P. as the Floor is the limit.
