As in where can we apply for the offering and how many lot per unit?
As in entitled 2 units for every 25 units?
The offering will be from 2 aug to 4 aug?

Status of the New Units
MIT’s policy is to distribute its distributable income on a quarterly basis to
Unitholders. On 26 July 2011, the Manager announced a quarterly distribution of
1.98 cents per Unit for the period from 1 April 2011 to 30 June 2011 (“1QFY2011
Distribution”). In connection with the Equity Fund Raising, the Manager intends
to declare an advance distribution for the period from 1 July 2011 to the day
immediately prior to the date on which the New Units are issued pursuant to the
Equity Fund Raising (the “Advance Distribution”, and together with the
1QFY2011 Distribution, the “Cumulative Distribution”). The Cumulativeestimated to range from 3.09 cents to 3.12 cents per Unit. The Cumulative Distribution will only be distributed in respect of the Existing Units. A further
announcement on the actual amount of Cumulative Distribution, based on the
finalised amount of Advance Distribution, will be made by the Manager in due
course. The issuance date of the New Units is estimated to be on 23 August
2011. An announcement will be made when the date the New Units are expected
to be issued is finalised.

any1 knows the details of the preferential offering of 2 New units for every 25 existing units?
i have a few questions:
a) can i trade those preferential shares in the sgx market? what is the minimum lot size? 100 shares or 1000 shares?
b) will it cause any dilution ?

reit is such, when the px go higher the div come down, and ppl refuse to buy more, so next
then , the px come down, as px come down the yield go up, then buyer come in again.
so , the px ding dong here.
since you said the accumulation is going on, i have keep it in my watch list. i am still.
big buying maybe from fund who are after the div, those fund , like income fund of the sort. i see this in some of the reit also.
that is why u see the px is quite stable, except in a very bearish mkt.
today, buy more of FJ Ben, OKP. and CWT wish me luck.
yes sir! The stock did not go up after the results, but nevertheless, they give dividend again!
This is a good dividend yield stock for medium
to long term.
