How do we create or instill an honest and an ethical conscious society? Or can we just ask if our society generally honest and ethical and really unquestionable on these qualities again generally in the market place and how to maintain these qualities?
The crux of this issue is not because of the so called market
“manipulators”. This can happen to any other non S-chip stocks. Even though
these manipulators may be able to manipulate the stocks either up or down in
favour of their positions, if you are able to capture and follow them through
then you can still make money otherwise, Sorry, bye bye with your money.
Even if this has happened, the game is still ON-GOING. You may still have something
left or you can still hold on to it.
However, once the Stock is Suspended, (likely) GAME OVER for most cases.
HeHe !!!!!!

Or else don't blame the approving institutions, but blame it on stock market "manipulators", because these poeple can play it to super-high price or play it down to super low price at the advantage of their positions if they have them or having created them. JMHO.
In the large extent, you are right and I get your point.

i am a strong believer for sme, they try to get listed when they think their company are already at their peak.
these entreprenuers sell their company stake, and they become multi millionaire. that means you and me who dont run the company buy their shares, but shares their risk. i am not saying all are like this.
not all s chips are bad, most of them are in volatile business. this year make good profits, next q , bankrupt!!

When you say S-Chips, you must stress that S-Chips listed in Singapore. S-Chips listed elsewhere are maily superperformers while those in Singapore are underperformers not to mention some really going bad for investors. But don't blame yourselves, blame for those who approved their listings without understanding their businesses. Wow, a bright spark suddenly struck me.!!! Cheers.
