
This counter looks ok to me in nest golden egg. the dividends pay out was attractive also. can consider to buy at 199/200 : )

2QFY11 DPU slightly below consensus — A-REIT reported a DPU of 3.30
cents for 2QFY11. S$1.3m of interest income pending IRAS tax clearance
(YTD Total: S$3.5m) was retained, translating to annualized DPU of 13.53
cents, 6.0% below our estimates and 3.4% below the consensus.
Revenue -2.2%, NPI -3.9%, occupancy -0.3% QoQ — Gross revenue and
NPI fell QoQ due to lower one-off items while operating expenses increased
due to cessation of property tax rebate and higher utilities costs. Overall, AREIT’s
portfolio occupancy stands at 95.3% while occupancy for multitenanted
buildings declined by 1.0% QoQ to 91.5%. The decline was due
largely to 13 International Business Park, Honeywell (space available are
now being re-let) and Techview (floor plates being reconfigured).
Renewal and new take-up rates mostly higher QoQ — Renewal rates were
generally higher from +0.6% to +11.6% save for Light Industrial
experiencing a 3.8% decrease because of large floor plate discount. New
take-up rates were also up +3.8% to +9.5% except for a -18.1% decline for
the Logistics & Distribution segment due to a comparison of take-up of
conventional logistics space this quarter versus air-conditioned space in
1QFY11.
A-REIT to embark on S$97m of asset-enhancement initiatives — AEIs to
create additional space and reposition buildings for higher value usage will
be implemented on 1 Senoko Ave, Techview and 10 Toh Guan Road, with
expected completions dates ranging from Mar-11 to Sep-12. The estimated
weighted yield is expected to be more than 8.5%.
Maintain Buy, TP at S$2.28 — We have lowered our FY11 DPU by 4% and
FY12 DPU by 3% to reflect the higher-than-expected operating cost that is
offset by higher-than-expected pre-commitment for 8 Changi Business Park.

It ended the day with a Bearish Doji. It seem that this stock might be affected by the North and South Korea Situation. Tomorrow might be a bearish day

i think this is a natural pull back from ascendasreits. STI retraced so it is natural that a lot of counters are affected. i m still bullish about it. The macd, stochastics indicators are currrently looking good. 2.10 would be a strong resistence level for ascendasreits to test.
BB also play this counter. Now looks OK at 2.07.
