Hi Bintang,
Thanks for your help. I tried using the widest portion of the triangle and add to the breakout point. Only get $1.7- $1.8. Dunno what went wrong..
KS Energy has formed a symmetrical triangle , by measuring , if it breaks out of this formation , the upside target would be $2.00 .

Hi All,
I'm given 1500 shares of KS ENERGY R. If I don't want to subscribe the rights, I can just sell the R shares right ? But after deducting the fee, my broker will earn more than me for this trade...
Hey All,
I am still wondering if anyone is going to subscribe the warrant if it workout to be much higher than the market price now. So what is the point of issuing the warrant if nobody subscribe and how they raise the fund? Quite confusing....

hi aircraft
i re read the rights issue. One thing that differentiate normal rights issue and this WARRANT issue is that warrant has a 2 year time expiry period.
This time period become a premium ( so to speak) for those who want to 'tikam with 20 cents upfront". They need to HOPE that within 2 year the mother price will exceed 20cent + 1.4 = 1.60.
since the payment is 29 July, you have sometime to think about whether you want to tikam with 20 cents for unknown outcome before two year is up.

Hi All,
I thought the warrants will cost 20 cents each if we applied. But why suddenly I have 1500 KS ENERGY R in my CDP account now ? Pls advise , thanks !
hi aircraft,
in their documents from sgx website, i read that the warrant had 2-year expiry. commencement date cannot be known, they need to get through the procedure of EGM shareholder approval.
i copy here for your reading:::
The Warrants will be issued in registered form and will be listed and traded on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the “SGX-ST”) Main Board (the “SGX Main Board”) under the book-entry (scripless) settlement system, upon the listing and quotation of the Warrants on the SGX Main Board, subject to, inter alia, there being an adequate spread of holdings of the Warrants to provide for an orderly market in the Warrants. Each Warrant will, subject to the terms and conditions governing the Warrants to be set out in an instrument by way of a deed poll (the “Deed Poll”), entitle its holder to subscribe for one (1) New Share at the Exercise Price at any time during the period commencing on and including the date which is six (6) months from the date of issue of the Warrants and expiring on the date immediately preceding the second (2nd) anniversary of the date of issue of the Warrants.
The Exercise Price and the number of Warrants to be held by each holder of Warrants will be subject to adjustments under certain circumstances in accordance with the Deed Poll. The New Shares to be issued upon the exercise of the Warrants will, upon allotment and issue, rank pari passu in all respects with the then existing Shares, save for any dividends, rights, allotments or other distributions that may be declared or paid, the record date for which falls before the relevant date of exercise of the Warrants.

Thanks Alligator,
did not notice it's for their employees. Nothing on the warrant dates...
Hi aircraft,
These are quite common in AGM.
As long as you know what is Employee share options scheme , then these are not much issues to pass during AGM. Shareholder has little control over Company incentive scheme such as Employee Share options, granting of shares, granting of performance shares, and so on.. These schemes are good for employees.
This is just my opinion and experience.
