It seems like you subscribe the e- the edge as you know the news of yesterday. I have 1 question wonder if you know that is is the insider movers infos in the electronic " the edge" .
I used to subscribed a weekly paper one, I like to observe the co, ceo or fund mgtm interest in stocks. so if there is such info, I don't mind switching it to electronic one

Mainboard-listed Boustead Singapore, the global infrastructure-related engineering services and geo-spatial technology group, says it posted a 53% rise in net profit attributable to owners of the company of $13.3 million for the third quarter ended 31 December 2010 (3Q FY2011). Revenue rose 23% to $127.7 million.
Revenue for energy-related engineering stood at $27.7 million, up 1%, led by growth in downstream oil & gas business and partial recovery of upstream oil & gas business.
Revenue for Water & wastewater engineering was $7.2 million, down 52%, with major projects at initial stages of project cycle.
Revenue for Real estate solutions rose 69% to $71.0 million from contributions of two major projects for Rolls-Royce at Seletar Aerospace Park.
Revenue for Geo-spatial technology rose 20% to $21.7 million, with demand driven mainly by software sales, professional services and after-sales maintenance services to government agencies.
The group’s financial position remains healthy with a net cash position of $173.2 million as at the end of 3Q FY2011.
Boustead expects to continue to perform well for the remainder of FY2011. |

Mainboard-listed Boustead Singapore, the global infrastructure-related engineering services and geo-spatial technology group, says it posted a 53% rise in net profit attributable to owners of the company of $13.3 million for the third quarter ended 31 December 2010 (3Q FY2011). Revenue rose 23% to $127.7 million.
Revenue for energy-related engineering stood at $27.7 million, up 1%, led by growth in downstream oil & gas business and partial recovery of upstream oil & gas business.

CIMB Technical View
• The stock has been moving in a sideways manner since hitting a high of
S$1.20 back in November. We see a similar triangle pattern happening now.
• The technical indicators are supporting this triangle view, suggesting that once
this consolidation ends, there could be one more run to new highs.
• Aggressive traders may opt to buy with a stop below S$1.08 or S$1.03. We
expect prices to breakout above the S$1.15 triangle resistance to reach a new
high of S$1.24-1.28.

Boustead Singapore Limited announce that the Company has undertaken a restructuring of its joint venture for the Al Marj township project in Libya (the “Project”). The Company had on 22 August 2007 announced that it had, together with joint venture partner, General Construction & Building Company (“GCBC”), been awarded a S$300 million contract to design and build a new township with 1,164 single-storey semi-detached houses and supporting structure at a 465-hectare site in the municipality of Al Marj in Libya (the “Contract”). Under the terms of the joint venture with GCBC (the “Joint Venture”), the Company held a 65% interest in the Contract. In view of ongoing difficulties beyond the Company’s control that have affected progress in the Project, the Company has agreed, after arms length negotiations with GCBC, to a restructuring of the Joint Venture aimed at speeding up the completion of the Project (the “Restructuring”). Under the Restructuring, the Company’s interest in the Contract shall be reduced from 65% to 35%, with GCBC’s corresponding interest in the Contract being increased from 35% to 65%. In return, GCBC shall assume the leadership role in completing the Project.

DBS Vickers downgrades Boustead Singapore (F9D.SG) to Hold from Buy, trims target price to $1.00 from $1.10, which translates to 9.6x FY12 P/E.
Changes reflect sluggish pace of contract wins, with $100 million worth of orders secured in current FY vs house’s $400 million forecast.
Says while enquiries on engineering group’s services “still very robust”, potential clients slow to conclude negotiations. |

The Company should be posting its 1H FY 2011 results by mid-November 2010. An interim dividend is expected; last year's was 1.5 cents/share.

Fiscal ytd order wins surpassed S$250m forecast, current backlog above S$500m Outlook improving on recovery in industrial property & steady progress in energy & water Upgrade to Buy with 28% upside to TP of S$1.00 Kicked off 2010 with S$68m energy-related contracts. The contracts involve provision of key process equipment for oil refineries, petrochemical plants and gas processing plants in Australia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and the UK. Together with the S$107m contract announced in Dec, Boustead’s current orderbook stands at >S$500m. FYTD, the company has secured S$273m of new orders, surpassing our S$250m forecast. Slow recovery at industrial real estate. Towards end 2009, Boustead’s 91.7%-owned subsidiary, Boustead Projects (BP), secured a S$107m contract to design and build a manufacturing and support facility for a world leading power systems corporation at the Seletar Aerospace Park. This contract is BP’s largest industrial real estate contract to date. Slated for completion by end 2010, the financial impact is definitely positive for FY11. More importantly, our update with management suggests to us that the industrial property market could be at the cusp of a slow recovery, which is encouraging as it would imply that Boustead can seal more contracts particularly in niche sectors such as aviation and high-tech manufacturing. Raised FY11 earnings by 21%. In addition to contributions from this contract win, we have also factored in an expected S$26m gain (vs previous forecast of S$13m) from the proposed sale of a building under construction and land at Ubi Ave1 for a consideration of S$200m. Consequently, our SOTP target price is now revised to S$1.00 (12x FY11) as we roll over to FY11 earnings. Upgrade to Buy.
