Sorry Ravikp, Laulan is correct. Check with your brokers as I don't have the shares of Maptech or Rowsley. I intend to buy the rights of both companies.

Actually for Map Tech it is 4 rights for 1 share and not 1 rights for 4 shares.
So if you have 30 lots you get 120,000 rights at 1 cent. That means you pay $10 per lot times 120 lots that is $$1200 if you want to subscribe the shares. Wait for the annoucement.
The rights can be traded accordingly.

Saleable free rights: You can sell them away on the day it is listed.
So for MT you can sell off your 7500 SFR when it is listed. If you don’t want to sell, you then wait for a date announced by the company for all right holders to pay money for the shares. You can also buy the listed SFR and subscribe for the shares accordingly.
For Rowsley, it has an added “feature” where you get SFW if you don’t want to sell the SFR away. SFR can be sold away or you can buy them to subscribe for the shares.
Remember the SFR has a short time to trade, usually for one week only. The matter arising from the SFW will come later. If you subscribe to the shares exercise, then you get the SFW, otherwise nothing. If you buy SFR from the market, you subscribe to the shares issue and you will have the SFW.
Hope everything is clear. If not please consult your brokers.

I having mother share of 30 lot map and 50 lot rowsle...and i want to subcribe the rights shares..pls tell me what i have to do now..

Now the resistance has shifted to 0.08.... and the Q buy at 0.075 has more than 4k
The rights-entitlement (not the shares but the optional entitlement) will be listed soon. If you have 4 mother sahres, you have 1 right-entitlemt you can pay 1 cent for 1 MP share.. But if you have not bought anything at all, you wait for the listing of the right-entitlement and you can buy on-line after T+3 pay money and after Last Day for subscription of shares, pay at atm for any number of shares that you have right-entitlment bought from the market or those that were given free to you. Remember when you have nil-paid rights, you can lose them if you forgot to subscribe for the shares.
Same for Rowsley nil-paid rights, they will be traded soon. Trading only for a short period for nil-paid rights. Always remember this!!!!!!
