I wouldn't put it that way. I usually look at the stock's volume over the past 3-4 months. I will only consider it if the volume is consistently high.
For this counter, the volume was high only in the last few days. So this one will be out of my TA radar screen.

Now after looking at the volume, I suppose cannot go in and buy yet as volume is declining. Am I correct from TA's point of view ?

Can also get heart attack from 9 to 3.
you can check your stock prices in the morning, but try to resist trading until after 3pm.
i know its tough because you'll be playing mind games all morning with yourself. haha.. been there.

there's this 3pm rule i use. I never make a trade until after 3pm.

when the RSI to rsie above 50 and williams %R to rise above -50, it gives the investor more confidence that the stock is on the uptrend.
Technical analysis is all about analysing trends. its a very interesting subject. suggest you check out some TA website or the Research page on ShareJunction. I think they have some writeup on charting there.
Singaporegal.sorry me new to the stock market, why wait for the following ?Currently its oversold (Williams %R - 14 days) and RSI trending up for 2 weeks (potential uptrend in price).
Suggest you wait for RSI to rise above 50 and Williams %R to rise above -50 before you commit to a trade.
