I just wonder why people still selling at 1.73? Selling at this price now is just wasting brokager.

I think more action will be spruced up after the CNY and nearer towards 26 Feb. We shall wait a bit longer and see.

I was thinking if they didn't have the 90% and are unable to delist, Ascott will be trading higher than 1.73 in the market when trading resume. I doubt the price will trade below 1.73 as whomever still holding them will not sell below this price. Hence, the chances of Ascott trading higher are very high. Since CapitaLand wanted Ascott to be delisted to save cost than they will have to buy the remainder shares at higher price from the market or have to re-offer. In the mean time, those still holding the shares may have the chance of getting their dividends.

Any comments please? Thanks!

Ya, just received it this morning.

Angry not getting the dividends after so long wait. Don't sell to them!

Just received the 'invitation' to accept their 'great' offer today at 1.73. Threw it straight to the bin.

Just wondering anyone any idea how many shares were transacted in total since the announcement on 8 Jan on the general offer at $1.71-$1.74 price range upto yesterday?  Capland has acquired another approx 7% to add to their 67% (approx). Any knight in shining armour?
