PPle throw to buyers becoz some still sceptical whether any conflict as a director is sitting on bothe Board-)culus and Areate despite Co's clarification that there is no problem.the director or directors only need to abstain from voting eg Dr Soh of Jade on 31Aug abstained from voting in the Russian oil contact to first Capital Growth Investment ltd as he has interest in both cos...so far all Jade's investment and joint ventures have directly or indirectly related to his subsidiary and/or associate cos and yet the market always applaud such deals although one may doubt whether they're at arms length.Don't worry too much or keep monitoring on daily basis as this is bad for health..treat as value investing..see I reiterate when China Transome was relisted after RTO the price was 72cts verses 61cts( halt price )..Oculus will be relisted as Areate on main board
