$0.55-$0.36= how much ah? Serangoon got a new mall right? Remember seeing the big advert on papers last week with Guthrie name in it.

Yes, it can either bounce between the bolly band, or it will have a very sharp and high jump to its net asset value suddenly. Normally bollyband narrowing means something is going to happen. Blink and you will missed. Remember this share is trading below its net asset value and it is profitable.

Guthrie is also involved in asset enhancement projects overseas which include Life Square Mall in Shenyang, China and TaiMall in Taoyuan, Taiwan. Meanwhile, AsiaMalls Management Pte Ltd is the retail consultant for Island Plaza in Penang, Malaysia and also the retail consultant for three other greenfield projects in Malaysia – First Avenue in Penang, Ampang Mall in Kuala Lumpur and SStwo in Petaling Jaya. The malls in Malaysia were launched by ARML II.

Look at the Bollinger band, narrowing, means something going to happen big, fast and furious. MACD looks like it is not going to go below zero and another bull run upwards..going to load up more.

 

Ya sounds like a good idea if this one really cheong, the profit will go to research to find nivarna. I dont want a rebirth, just vanished to become nothing will be good enough. No more suffering in the snake and ladder game. No wake up in the middle of the night to check on Dow, S&P500 sell, buy. bah...what a life...

 

u are young ok, but i cant wait...and i cannot see any point that i pass this to future generation who know me not....

i rather give to charity to enhance my chances of a good rebirth as i am a buddhist...

but i thk it will soar with the market..it play will come maybe soon...who know !!!

this one recommended by the famous Sebastian Chong...and he is right ..but as again, nobody is interested the stock got no liquidity...

but this is really a good stock, which you got to go long enough for BB to notice it..and of course till then the fundamental must still be solid..

i dont mind buying and put it insaide my drawer...for long term..good stock.

 

Still on the ladder, no snake yet...collect for volatile times.
