Why The Golden Pig will not fail You-Limited Downside --Need To Hold for a while

Banjoo(BJ) has on Fri 7 Sept expressed intention to aquire Megatalk,a co own by NTUC INCOME and is involved in the telecommunication svs just like CCTM,a unit of China's CCTV with a viewership of >330mil.All these acquisition will be financed by BJ's shares at a price of ab 30cts.In Aug BJ has reached agreement to repay its debts to creditors and banks too and BJ will be a totally revamped biz out of non profitable textile biz.

BJ's subsidiary Shanghai All Points-Invs Co Ltd has officially launched its paperless welfare lottery biz in Shanghai and BJ will pay Diamond Sky International, the owner, that is being tied up with the special purpose vehicle to facilitate the deal,Diamond Sky will be paid with BJ shares first tranche at 20cts and next trance at 40cts.The MOU inked on 5June is legally binding as 3 mths is the normally period for it to be ratified and is normally sealed unless there are adverse changes to offeror and offree's positions.Deal is likely in BJ's pockets already.

BT dated 8Sept.."even a s'pore base NetGain System has won a prestigious IT contract at Bejing Olympics beating some of the world's best known giants"..Hence BJ stake in the $105mil profit guarantted by Diamond Sky is unlikely to be rejected by PRC as many pple esp shortist would like BJ to crash esp they had shorted heavily on Fri 7sept will be caught wrong footed again on Mon 10Sept.

According to Citicorp, welfare lotteries account for 58% of the whole lottery mkt in China and by 2010 welfare lottery will reach US$18 illions(S$27billions),verses US $16.5 billions, for sports lotteries which LottVision is eyeing. Therefore BJ at 20.5cts will catch up with LottVision(36.5cts) as LottVision is involved in POS equipment to lottery operators while BJ is in the superior position in particiapting in Lottery receipts.Unlike LottVision,BJ is not in anaylst radar screen yet while Lottvision has been covered by a few analysts including DBS Vickers and Philips.

BJ has often go againts DOw's movennts up when DOW drops..In mid june BJ halted at 14cts and when lottery biz was announced it shot past 20cts trading btw 22 to 30cts for >2mths,but on 17 aug it dropped <20cts and had traded btw 15 to 19cts.The gap had been completely filled from 15 to 20cts with heavy vol esp fri 7Sept and with so many beneficial effects and synergestic acquistions, its share price will be well underpinned..strong buy,,don't expect 9-10cts anymore.

And the best part is that fellow asking others to thank him for providing such "tips"...lol...I am laughing the whole night about that...anyway, he may be rubbish to me, but others dun think that way. So I have to have some reservation here.

I just feel that nowadays, Share Junction is filled with too many people talking rubbish rather than sharing and learning together about stock mkt. Just bcos they held on the share of a counter, they will tell others it will cheong without giving why but based on his hunch...sigh. I just have to scroll thru tones of these postings before seeing someone writing something more constructively, more sensibly. I may not be here for too long if that goes on....Good luck buddies!

The $5mil is channeled to another reliable consultancy co in HK which will do all the credit checks before dispensing the $5 mil to its BJ's subsidiary..definitive binding MOU is definitely good...with S'pore nad China trade pact signed and CHINA's opening up BJ shd be able to get it albeit slight obstacle

The problem is NOT on the acquisition of Shanghai All-Points Investment, rather it is whether the chinese government is willing to approve the deal. I believe this is the cause of the delay.

Come to think of it, what is the 5 mil for? Furthermore "the company may at its sole discretion be at liberty to increase the loan amount".

my 2 cents

中国蜂业, 金属电子交易所, 看通集团 are 3 of the company who get the lottery biz. Try copy paste and see if can find their company website.

Quote from one the article (the highlighted text not too difficult to understand right?)

?最近一些港资上市公司借进军内地彩票概念疯狂炒作的情况已让相关部门有所警觉,相关部门已明确表态,不希望外资公司过多介入内地彩票业。?

Technically speaking, Joojoo MUST surpass the 21¢ mark. If not, it is in the making of a DOUBLE TOP. Those who are brave enuf can stay to bet that these few days Joo joo will pass 21¢. The faint hearted ones my suggestion is RUN! Choice is yours.
