Even if you have 2 accounts, it will not help if you have existing trades in Poems. You simply cannot do anything now. Poem hotline is always hot thats why its call hotline.. you can't get through. I can only monitor the prices from sharejunction. Thanks SJ.

totally agree with ahxing. Must have at least 2 accts. Otherwise, it's a disaster
if u depend heavily on the internet for trading especially during a 'crisis'. I also hv prblms to sell on poems last week. Key-in at buyer's price but nothing happened. In the end, the price
dropped further and end up missing to sell at a higher price.
It seems that Poems system is giving 'technical' probs during the 'crisis' time last week and today. I missed my shorting chance a couple of times as I either cannot login or cannot put in the trade. Sometimes we wonder if this are coincidences....!!??!! need i say more...
And unable to reach the POEMS Tech support or marketing hotline as well.
If you can't access your web account, either call your broker or use you mobile WAP access.
