Office commercial rental appears to be holding steady n finally gonna rise. Good prospects.
This counter may test on S$1.20 again for the third time in three months... it is looking good this time round, should be able to break throu and trend upward liao.....
Oh i c, anyway, saya holding for dividends. Bought pretty cheap last time.
Looking out for better counter lah. I have been holding for this counter for too long liao. It has to break out of 1.2 before it can move further else......

Why let go? Commercial is in nascent recovery phase. Unless u trade for a living, this counter can hold for mid-long term.
Great!! Will just hold on to it for another week - hopefully it can break out of S$1.21-1.22.
Good to hear, been eating divs from this baby. Very nice. Now if only Frasercomm wld perf the same... haha...
Slow and steady going up, can start collecting. Resistance at $1.21 very strong, testing again, may speed up if able to break.

Tat's bcos it's dealing with Commercial property.
It has good properies, ~ 6 % yield and is run by the Capitaland guys, who know a thing or 2 abt properties. Have been wondering why its taken so long to rise.

commercial Property last to rally in all the property categories so it's now the most value for money. Now really depends on the company whether well run or not. Otherwise no reason not to rise.

Haha, I bought during rights issue so not too bad gains plus strong dividend yield. Still ok.

Eventually it will be push up to 1.30 - 1.40
