Saw that you kept cheering for this counter. Actually some time back i saw the forum for this counter and mentioned that it caught my attention as it seems interesting. I did some research and read-up on this co.
Using p/e analysis, i came to a TP of 0.60 using the new FY07 earnings. EPS of 4.22cts for FY07 gave me a p/e of 6.16. Comparing to Beauty China's 7.88cts current price of 1.22 gives us a p/e of 15.5. Comparison to F&N's (brand management) 25.3cts, current price of 5.8, gives us a p/e of 22.92. FJ Benjamin's (brand management) EPS of 5.69cts current price of 0.89 gives us a p/e of 15.64. Hence, Suneast is definitely undervalued within its industry of operations.
Going forward, estimated EPS of 5 or 5.5 cts would give me a p/e of 12.00 and 10.91 respectively ( given my TP of 0.60). Anything higher would be a lovely surprise. Will revise my TP when the FY08 results are out next year. Rem good things must wait esp since this counter was only listed on 3rd April 2006. This means only 1.5 year-old. Dont need everyday shout till you hoarse. Value investors would pick this up.
Plus, positive results would attract other brokerage houses to churn out initiate coverage. That's when it will soar. My advice? Be patient =D

The vendor of the 51% stake in NuXD has provided a guarantee that NuXD?s profit after tax for the financial year ending December 31, 2007 will not be less than HK$20 million. In addition, Sun East will be granted an option to purchase the remaining 49% stake in NuXD after the end of the financial year ending December 31, 2008.
With Sun East expanding from 2 cities to 12 cities in just the first 8 months of 2007....and targeting another 5 cities by end of 2007....the expansion seems to be way ahead of schedule....this also demonstrated Sun East ability to bring new products to the market!! Sun East is still a very young company. Many think it cannot make it but if you share their vision, then you just need to be patient. The Best is Yet to Come.....
