Hi all,
Thanks for the information... it really helps.
1234567 - I am with uobkayhian... thanks once again.
sandbox, around 5:45pm for uobkaykian.
j3r0m3: for buying penny stock where 0.005 cents can mean big or small, queue first at that price is essential. for small to mid or big cap it is better to monitor situation before putting in a buy.
erm, just wanna find out,
why would you want to put in an overnight trade order?
sandbox, i think depends on brokerage houses oso.. bt i think 5.15pm can keyed in for most broking houses ba..
Hi all,
Can I ask what time can we key in our orders for the next trading day when the day's traing closes at 1705?
Thanks lots for the help.
hi student,

sohguanh... :)
where to buy the Edge Magazine?

eh, suan siao is not nice la...
i have sng buay only, ai mai?
peace la, brudder...
One way to earn quick bucks is to buy the stocks recommendation by The Edge magazine. I had done some stats and the odds are quite good. Somehow wat is published on that magazine can seduce ppl to buy in. So don't say I neber teach you ppl a quick way to earn monies ok? :P
Japan Land is classic example. A simple article published and the share price shot up the roof. Herd instinct are in abundance among the shares arena :P
wow piang jerome, everyday you got a bone to pick wif me 1 hor?? u running lime stall issit? everyday full of "suan siao" frm u 1 leh..
wear school uniform can enter singapore pools la...
just have to be faster than wind lor...
anyway, I personally recommend reading up more on the subject matter first. Like Intro to TA or visit www.investopedia.com to learn more.
student, you are still in school uniform so cannot enter singapore pools unless outside 1, hahahaha.. joke, peace hor..
I must add that one should improve one's chances of increasing one's income
by buying a bit of 4D on a regular basis...

Thanks sohguanh for your advice, i will take note of it..........Cheers.
ghlau935: if you take a look at those big retail players posting in this forum, usually they have at their disposal monies running into at least 10K above. only then can they play big on a few counters concurrently. if you dun have the capital to hold, best to cut loss on T+3 if you contra.
dun be shocked when they say buy in 100, 200 lots etc etc... as i know some of them do can hold them and paid up on T+3. even victorian admit he has at his disposal the monies in 7 digit format. these are big retail players by my standard at least.
true financial planning is not all abt shares trading. you should play abit UT, abit insurance, abit FD, abit savings etc etc to balance up your financial portfolio. oops i forget this is a PURE shares trading forum huh? :P
Harryp and Rogue_trader... :)
What you both just said is pure wisdom...
Such everlasting gems are priceless indeed!...

Most important, whatever u buy must have enough $$$ to pay, don't play contra unless u got the skill of our Mr Rayphua............

Student...I agree with you completely on "In this regard, if one starts out and makes a lot of money as a result of tips given out by an experienced veteran, it may turn out to be an unfortunate thing because unless that veteran continues to give those tips (calls) throughout that person's foray, he will not have learned the ropes himself. " Traders and investors wannabes must learn to fish, not just take the buffet out there if they want to go in for the long haul.
Aiyah, to learn the rope one must spend some money ma....
This is the best time (the golden age) to trade. With such a rampaging bull, one has to be quite talented to loss money. So kar kar lai.... But to be zai zai, one needs the experience of being slap by the market a few times which no gurus can transmit to the student.
Hope this helps further and have a nice day..
