please note that FY07 divident is a bumper one to celebrate KC's 40th anniversary (9c interim and 55c cap red + final/special). This makes it a total of 64c........based on share price of $12.00, it works out to be a yield of 5.3%.

Wah liao..u thought KepC print money arhh? If so, i am sure i will put all my eggs into this basket. Dun know why market is cheonging on "poor company outlook". So what if they find the bottom, is there any fundamentals for the market to cheong? funny right?

If oni Keppeland says that all shareholders will get discount on their new development of condos, I will become its shareholders...lol! If ONE lot gives 1% discount, max 30%, I will die-die buy max 30 lots. No$$ go borrow $$. LOL!!

BTW, this joker had cheong for few days already. This was mainly driven by the hefty div to be proposed and given. On the contrary, its brother, Kepland, dead slow leh, though with 20cts div behind its back. XD after Labour Day.

Veteran AK_Francis - Yes, both LCO and CSB can take more $$ home. I recall LCO has juz exercised his share options. Hope U and L......(don't know how many troublesome full-stops) huat big on this counter.
No objection for Mr Lim to take more money home, he he. Its last yr record high was 15.30. Had gained back some ground, but yet there is room for improvement. Keep it after collecting the div, but still need to observe the market trend. Cheers.
Might see it hit $14 within the next 6 months (oil is US$117). If so, it's a 20% return.
I take some profit on this counter when it hits 20%.
