BBR is not just a preoperty developer. They are also construction company which clinched quite a few projects. Future should be bright.

BBR Nassim Hill is very happening. Doing very well. More than half of 16 units sold out. Won't be long before all are gone. Most expensive ones are sold out. You wouldn't believe the price the 4 units went out for.

Imagine this. BBR is now in consolidation range between 10.5 to 12 cents, ding dong up and down. From chart perspective, the longer a stock consolidate with little volume in a tight channel, the more explosive the breakout will be as there will be a buying frenzy. So when BBR eventually announced that all units are snapped up, the share price will not just hover up, it will catapult up breaking every resistance along the way till it hit major resistance of 19cents. Those who have ears, let them hear.

Estonbay, I have my fair share of up and down. Started in 1997 and lost a lot in the CLOB shares saga. It was only in 2003 that I make a reasonable amount. I bought Citidev and DBS at near the low during SARS and recoup back all my losses. I bought 2 other stocks and both rose more than 100% that gave me the quarter a million capital for trading. In 2005, I started learning trading seriously, drawing lines, channels, support/resistance over and over again on all the charts I am trading. So now, I can just look at a chart and buy/sell based on my drawings. Aim is to accumulate $1m trading capital so that I can have the option to work or not. Working at my level is really stressful, buget, deadlines, managing staff and boss, presentation etc etc etc.

Maybe when I hit $1milllion cash profit, I won't feel the pressure after that as I always have the option to take a "break" as and when.

btw, if you are interested, i entered into parkway at $3.98 and Cosco at $7.50 on thur as the charts show breakout from down channel so these 2 stocks are bullish. As for BBR, I dun worry about it as the buyers of Nassim Hill are all foreigners. Sentiments may dampen a bit but when the announcement that all units are sold out, it will propel this stock to the 16 to 20censt range.

I also think the rule change on DPS will not affect high end development... to buy a >$10m project..these pple are already very loaded... they do not need DPS. However, the mkt is always sentiment driven, so it is dependent on what the investors collectively think.. and the reports which the brokerages are trying to rush out b4 monday will say. We are at their mercy.

Ninja: well done! Just thinking aloud, since u did so well while having the day job.. why not continue to 'multi-task'.. with employer paying for medical benefits, CPF etc etc which u won't get as a self empployed person.

Angie_nfl, you should be well aware that the PCBA business is on downtrending since we see a huge drop from Jurong Tech few months back... you have to wait until electronic industry is in booming again, not at this time definitely.

We shall follow what the market tell us, obviously, now is the booming construction and property industries, it is well published in the newspaper everyday since last year, whenever we follow the market sentimental, we are in good shape.. but again, I would say, for long term, in fact it is quite a good entry for electronic , SMT stock right now as we shall see this industry slowly recover ...

I heard that Toshiba is retrenching more and more workers, most of them R& D at LCD TV department, simply because their Toshioba LCD TV sales are so horrible, everyone now buys Samsung or Sony TV.

As for DPS, it does give some impacts to overall condo purchase.. well, if monday the properties price dip, it might be a good chance for us to collect... do you think BBR can drop to 0.085 like aug 17? If so, I will be the first one who eat up those shares, LOL.. no worries, our economic is still bright... singapore government is just too smart... they know exactly what the current market reaction.... we are blessed.

Lets hope it's a non-event thing on Monday. I am ready to scoop up the blue chip property counter if it crashes on Monday.

Angie, I shall pray for you lah. But as I mentioned, investing in long term should not have big issue on mkt volatility.

Withdrawing DPS unlikely to affect the purchase of Nassim Hill as most are foreign buyers ie. have ready $. Personally I think this may be a good thing as only genuine buyers are in and speculating is always bad. Speculating rise the party mood but in the long run, spoilt everything. I got no issue with withdrawing DPS.

Dear Angie

Sorry, I have no answer for your question. I guess if you are a long term investor, should not be a problem holding until all dust settled.

Maybe this piece of news may not affect the mkt at all comes Monday as most of the developer had actually pulled out the DPS since the start of the property boom. I may be just too concern that caused you to freak out.

Ninjaturtle, the garmen just announced the withdrawal of DPS for uncomplete properties. This will definitely dampen the mkt sentiment as the number of buyers will be shrunk, to perhaps genuine ones not speculators when they can snap a few units at one go.

Question now is, will BBR share price be affect by this piece of news comes Monday. If BBR is only handling highend properties, how much do u think BBR be affect by this news, since these buyers are usually rich and have ready cash or no problem getting bank loan with their crudential?

$110.00 per lot, all can afford to hold. It all depends how many lots you wanna bet.

At $0.11 it is still a good buy to go in. Ability to hold on to the shares is important and releasing it once annoucement of projects had been made to rally the shares up. Just from my point of view. What do you think Ninja
