Release of Q1 result today and AGM 27 apr

Resistance point at 0.805 (Dec 2004) was broken, the next immediate resistance point is at 0.685 (April 2003).

The closing price today is very crucial.... good luck guys... May I know what's the IPO price of OSIM? 0.47 or 0.22? quite confused.

not really surprised about it, posted a few times about Osim, their products just cannot sustain the competition from copycat products

 

I believe some people just short this counter.... the price might bounce back at the late afternoon due to the shortist buyback?

 

expected, it drops 11 % ++ , and now 0.835.... bleeding big time..

 

Results announced after market closed. You will see the impact tomorrow. Management continues to be in denial mode. Many remain hopeful of good news before announcement. The numbers remain weak. Good luck to those who remain hopeful.

Osim volumes are so-so today even after this bad news. Looks like many people expected even worse news?

I think the big boys have already taken their position already and the recent prices have already reflected this bad news.

Singapore's Osim turns to loss in Q1

 

SINGAPORE, April 25 (Reuters) - Singapore's Osim International (OSIL.SI: Quote, Profile , Research), which makes massage chairs and electrical gadgets, on Wednesday reported a quarterly net loss of S$17.3 million ($11.5 million) but said its long-term prospects were positive.

Osim had recorded net profit of S$400,000 for the same quarter a year ago.

In 2006, Osim's full-year net profit fell 28 percent to S$33.8 million due to poor performance at Brookstone Inc, its retail unit in the United States.

 

High chances that Q1 results will be good and the pending dividend quite attractive. The current price is $0.935. Worth buying.
