I just hope that the US economy will stabilise soon and I am sure E3 will soar, with all the great investments they are getting into.
This is another of my favourite quality counters...
made me good returns previously before it sagged... 
Counter is holding quite well despite market downturn worldwide, good sign!

With their new investment plans (oil refinery) boosting their fundamentals I hope that this stock will hit a new high
like maybe beyond their IPO price which is very likely.

How long will it take to unsuspend? Btw wat the diff btw suspend & halt?
a 3rd party is involved. Read somewhere that E3 nets is worth more than $0.1. Hopefully this will be a M&A and the offered price is >$0.1
Not sure if merger of the 2 companies are on the cards but something significant is definitely brewing and let's just relax and wait for some great news!

The SGX announcement sounds like M&A to me.
The new president, Dr Anthony Soh, is the single largest shareholder of the company with just under 20%. He took up a new placement of shares which injected $9.8 m.

E3 Holdings (formerly Ei-Nets) is embarking on a new strategy to revitalise itself with a new name and a new group president. The former Ei-Nets Holdings will be pushing aggressively into China, focusing on real estate in the north-east region as well as solar energy, new president Anthony Soh said.
Dr Soh, the single largest shareholder of the company, with just under 20%, said the potential of China's real estate market was "very exciting" and that China is "going big" into alternative energy. He said E3's new name is because the real estate and alternative energy businesses and its original information technology and communications business will be the company's main focus.
For its 2007 financial year ended Jun 30, Ei-Nets posted losses of $2.37m on revenue of $511,000. The poor results meant net current liabilities of $729,000 as at Jun 30 '07. However, a placement of new shares, which Dr Soh took up and that was approved on 9/1 has injected $9.8m into the company. That has allowed the company to move forward on a project, announced last May, to develop a 13km2 plot in Changchun city in China into a financial and commercial zone.
