Heard from my friend studying in Informatics that from June onward all the subject's fees are going to be increase therefore hope it can turn black soon.
I have received my application forms from CDP in my mailbox. Today.
I also bought some and don't know what to expect. Glad you post the question. I will also check my CDP a/c. Thanks

For those who want to buy rights from the open market pse check the cdp annoncement yesterday on the application and payment.
1 for2 @4c means u will get 1000 rights for every 2000shares u have, and if u want to convert into new shares u have to pay $40 per 1000 rights.
If u want to sell your rights u can do so in the open market, but check your cdp a/c has them credited or not.
Pse correct any mistake i make.

I have got some shares before the XR date and is still keeping them. How do I get the 1 for 2 @ 4cts shares? I have not received any notifications yet. Do I have to do anything to acquire my rights?
Just to confirm that the ex date is on 17th Apr and will give investors the option to buy 1 for every 2 shares held for price of 4cts right?

Notice the buying of the Rights shares at 2.5c? Then you need to pay another 4c to turn it into the mother share => ie. a total of 6.5c for one Informatics share. That's what the market is valuing Informatics Education today. By year end, I am pretty optimistic that it should hit at least 30c - cheongah all the way!
Hope it will be like Rowsley, Twinwood or Cyber Village. One of the top volume today

The ex date for right is this friday.....1 for 2 @ 4cts.......still cheaper than the current price of 7cts......
Informatics is actually trying to do just that... they put up 2 page advertisement on ST last week. The ads was quite refreshing. However, if not many people noticed it, then it didn't achieve much...
looks more like singapore dreaming not in this nervy market...brand name image not so good . unless it somehow link up with raffles Ed

Anyone to share on the outcome of the EGM held yesterday 29 Mar 07? When will the rights be issued?
Time for Informatics to embark on a "New Life New Recovery" route to a dollar stock from now onwards...recommend for accumulation...not for contra as patience is needed (esp. good for mid term and long term investor)...when the recovery comes, it will be fast and furious...rich GODFATHER at the backend...limited loss but unlimited upside for next few years...seriously undervalued...good luck
