We have made an application to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (the ?SGX-ST?) for permission to deal in, and for quotation of, all the ordinary shares of HK$0.20 each (the ?Shares?) in the capital of China Yuanbang Property Holdings Limited (the ?Company?) already issued (including the Vendor Shares (as defined herein)), the new Shares (the ?New Shares?) which are the subject of the Invitation and the New Shares which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Over-allotment Option (as defined herein) (the ?Additional New Shares?). Such permission will be granted when we have been admitted to the Official List of the SGX-ST. The dealing in, and quotation of, our Shares will be in Singapore dollars.

We are a property developer in Guangzhou, PRC, principally engaged in the development and sale of residential and commercial properties. Our business focus is on developing quality residential and commercial properties in Guangzhou and to attract affluent local professionals, executives, managers and businessmen as customers. We have won several awards and accolades for our property developments, including the 2005 China Real Estate Golden Tripod Award ? China Quality Real Estate of the Year and PRC Quality Property Development in 2006.
As at the Latest Practicable Date, we have completed two property developments, namely Yuanbang Gardens and Yuanbang Aviation Homeland . We are currently developing Yuanbang Mingyue Gardens for which we have commenced pre-sales. In addition, we have acquired or entered into agreements to acquire land in Guangzhou?s Baiyun District, Liwan District and Huadu District for our future developments. As part of our plans to expand our business into other cities in the PRC, we have also entered into an agreement to jointly develop a parcel of land in Honggu Tan New District in Nanchang City.
Most of our property developments are mixed residential and commercial developments, which offer various ancillary facilities such as kindergartens, swimming pools, supermarkets and clubhouses.
