My broker recommended to accumulated this property stock while it is still undervalue. His TP will be above its IPO price of $0.21

It will be generating alot of profit base on it latest project project.

Example:

.SingXpress Land Sold All 21 Units Of First Housing Project, Charlton Residences, For S$59.6 Million

Based on the completion schedule, SingXpress Land expects to recognise the bulk of the revenue and profit of the project over the two financial years ending 31 March 2013 and 31 March 2014, respectively.

Been observing for a while and thought of vesting for long, the principal business of the Company and the Group is that of investment holding, finance, travel and hospitality related.

The Company is an interior architecture specialist providing fitting-out, refurbishment and interior decoration services. It custom-makes interior fittings according to clients' specifications and designs, and undertakes the installation of these interior fittings. Its clients include Cycle & Carriage, Singapore Airlines, Kim Eng Securities, Maybank, HSBC, Credit Suisse, Chase Manhattan, Borders, DFS Stores, Gianni Versace, Coffee Bean, Shangri-La Hotel, Hard Rock Cafe, Regency Park, Four Seasons Park, Schering Plough Limited and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (S) Pte Ltd.

Aren't these the factors that are driving the local economy but why no movement for so long? becos it is a penny coy ? or is there anything i miss out on the company? Any advice from the forum experts ?

This counter is definitely oversold. It was 0.115 during the bull run and it is at 50% discount.

Worthwhile counter to invest small and reap big.

Sing Xpress ( 10 cent) ( previously know as futuristic ) ?

· Re-position it business by sell off it existing business. Intend to build chain for tour agent in Singapore, HK, and Australia.

· Concept is good

· Last year, it business breakeven. NTA = 5.1 cent, company net cash and no debt
