I believe the "kwek" family name will work wonders with this stock. Wondering how come this property counter was not in the limelight for so long. Monday it will continue towards north. Looks like the possiblility is always there. Cheers
Recalled HLG and Rowsley tend compete for the limelight together.

Property firm HLG Enterprise rose to a record, on talk in the market that the firm could be a takeover target.
"There's been talk of some corporate activity," said a dealer from Kim Eng Securities.
Dealers said the speculation has been fuelled by the RTO bid by a Chinese energy group for Rowsley.
Investors also hope that the firm's assets could be revalued upwards, due to the booming real estate market in the region, said dealers.
HLG owns hotels, and residential and office developments in Singapore, Malaysia, and China.
Dealers said that HLG is 45% owned by the Kwek family, which owns City Dev.

notice that this counter is creeping up like a hungry beast..the problem is ...still cannot detect the wind direction...need a better radar tracking device...anyone has one.
