Received latest company's circular to the shareholders. Anyone can help to intepret what the following mean ? 

"On 22 September 2006, Umar Abdul Hamid advised the Directors that, as a demonstration of his commitment to preserve shareholders' value and interest and as well as safeguarding the listing status of the Company, he would undertake, on behalf of KML, to distribute all its 90.3 million Shares (net of costs in connection with this distribution) held in the Company to existing Shareholders upon completion of the Acquisition."

Yah... I only monitor stocks that have good volumes and are not penny stocks.

Quite easy because there are only about 20-30 stocks like this.

For the rest of the counters, I just post in the forum as and when I like but not too keen on trading them
