The have done it purposely since almost four years from now as soon as they realized that the business sector that they ran would not be prospective any more through note issue programme, unfortunately that programme was not served its objective intention, so delaying of its recoverying process, but one thing is good they have done the job well to preserved the capital planning and looking for establishing further new business prospect!

Three years, cyclical business change has effected the price level from Sgd. 0.11 to just Sgd. 0.01 90.9% correction, now is the time for business cyclical reversal too, it will bring up the price from Sgd. 0.015 to Sgd. 0.25 within two years I suppose! That is the magic of penny stock!

I think that penny stocks are very susceptible to manipulation and speculation because they are so cheap. The ones that are particularly vulnerable are those low volume ones.
Even if there is a good announcement on SGX, most investors will be too late to catch the uptrend.

Do not worry after three and half years of trending down, down and down, commencing from 2010 it is experiencing reverse cycle no longer down, down and down but up, up and up very fast too!!! From illiquid counter becomes on line casino super liquid counter!!!

To my defination: Below 20 Cents, 10 Cents and 5 Cents are Penny, Moderate Penny and Hyper Penny respectively! Below Sgd. 1.00 is small cap, stock.

Why there are no Sgd. 0.01 offered price, once you show your interest in it? You should be one of the BB I suppose.

No body is interested in yet the prospect of business is changing to recovery growth while the price is on the lowest end level, then we call it GEM stock. (GEM is the precious stone and the potential huge its price appreciation revealed only if it is being exposed or discover by the market). So we must accumulate as much as we could before market buying sentiment exploded and the price on the big upward swing from time to time in the later stage!!!
