DJ Koh Brothers Gets S$78.9M Contract To Build Singapore School
SINGAPORE (Dow Jones)--Koh Brothers Group Ltd. (K75.SG) Thursday said its subsidiary has won a S$78.9 million contract to build a high school and hostel at Boon Lay Avenue in Singapore.
In a filing to the Singapore Exchange, Koh Brothers said the contract was awarded by the Ministry of Education.
Construction is expected to commence in December 2007 and completed by August 2009.
"The contract is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets and earnings per share of the company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending Dec. 31," the statement said.

I'm still sticking with Koh Brothers. Another subsidiary, Brothers Ltd focussing at Shenyang is going to reap Rmb in billions of dollars over the next few years. Winning IR Marina - Las Vegas will be another big jackpot!

A fully sold Lumos will earn KOH BRothers a whopping 24Cents EPS leh! moreover their Sunplaza maybe attractive to other REITS which may buy their stake out hence unlocking the value after recent revaluation. BUY! MAI TU LIAO!

Strength - Experience and solid management team with conservative approach on cash flow management. Positve P/L even in last FY cut throat competition. Seems to be another Ho Bee's in the making.
Read StraitTimes Sat recruitment page, they're hiring engineers (with construction and marine experience) to work at Marina. Any news out here or just a piece of old info. Did they secure IR Marina project? Care to share if you have any.

Selling a few penthouse and units will cover the back the capital investment. Avg selling $4000 psf will be a big jump here. Any info on the launch by % of units sold.
I'm targetting their PE to drop to around 5 end of FY08 base on above successful launch (exclusive of other new property project, construct secured projects, etc.). A conservative guess. This is just my thoughts. I'm vested.
