What's the average would be just safe?, in any ipo there's always some element of risk, (nothing is safe) the thing ask isit risky to justify it worth to take this risk to vest in Epure ?.

AS of Friday (29-09-2006) closed. A quick (updated)(lastest) comparsion of Pe ratio. 

Hyflux 24.5x (+0.5 to 25x), (24.3x) 

Asia-Envr 14.8x (-0.5 to 14.3x),(14.5x) 

Bio-Treat 16.7 (-0.5 to 16.2x), (16.3x)

Asia-water 12.2x (-1.3 to 10.9x), (11.1x)  

Sinomem 14.5x (+1.3 to 15.8x)& (16.2x)

Dayen 15.9x (+0.3 to 16.2x) (17x)last but not the least 

Uni envtech 15x (+0.5 to 15.5x) & (23.1x)

Epure Int'l 12x, patience...

Another classic eg of how a big boys decreases it holding from 13.4% to 10% after it ipo, ensuring that they will be around for a long time to come, no short cut and no short term w/o having to put too much pressure on it prices, just have to see how much is over subscribe by the vested big boys. I mean IFC, plus his kakis, plus wprod bank and his kakis, plus UOBKayHian kakis and plus...have to see ST paper 1st. Good nite everybody, arhh.. good morning to all vested. Yahh...

 

Hi teeth53, I applied for this ipo because of the IMF vested interest. But if I am not wrong, there are a lot of shareholders holding at ard $0.15+ and IMF got at a average price of about $0.19+. Although they can't sell within a six months period, do you think this counter is worth long term? 

 

Both Sinomem and Sino-Env is showing very good support, while Hyflux is a little down, sort of doing some fund transfer to ....her sis. All three indicate there's some support to welcome new sis.. to sgx.

 

Oil seem slipping and gone liao, now wait for water to the rescue on Friday, just get ready.

Good for U. Me, i weight in the risk to "Hoot Tua Tua." Just wishes all to those who believe in this ipo stock, good luck, of the three ipo stocks available, wishes all three stay above water. Chemoil Energy ipo is closing Monday at 02-10-06 (12noon) which i did not subscribe, while China Kangda Food is closing on 05-10-06 and Epure Int'l is closing on Oct 4, 06 (Wed-12noon).

For ATM a/c following next closing day (evening) (-) less one lot price of $650/- per lot, for 3 lots less is $1950/- and so on. good luck when U get it. Remember Oct 6, 2006 (Friday morning) give ur assigned remiser a call to sell and take ur kopi $$$.

MasterT53, I am grateful u not 1 of those to bring us to timbuktoo. Over the years we hv lost many $$$ so when a lower liner comes around very scare (CEnersave rose from the coffin to now and can go higher). EPure and all other water stocks-subsi of WB always love them as it is the infrastructure of the that country. WB are in for the LONG term. We are in for not so long term as our resources are limited and need recycling! Please keep up the good job here for the benefit of all small timers.

My own opinion is a sure Yes (in the eye of world bank too) unless world bank is wrong to invest in....

Option is always open, those choose not to believe, have d full rite not to do so and those who choose to believe can fully go fot it.

 

Review (my personal view and opinion only)

Why so many stocks out there & this potential water stock ?

 

1)   OLD HAND- World Bank has for long, long time sat sight on this potential stock and will come a long way

2)   Banks, Venture capital companies (Institutes) and private equity has the experience, knowledge and capacities to evaluate any start-up companies. In this case, EPURE INT?L.

3)   Why 12x is IPO set price, to jump-start it water recycle business and it water / economic of scale development in larger countries like China & In Middle East.

4)   To best Match is listing IPO (12x) to it best available listed stock like Hyflux & Sinomem - with much potential to grow it growth over short, mid and long term.

Point to notes : so I with a bit of vision & Foresight, a chance now to tompang or piggy back on World Bank and also his kakis (friends) It vision for EPURE INT?L isit worthy to watch & Subscribe??.
