Thx Rosesyrup. Anyway dont feel offended as I really hope that you are wrong, & that there will be an upsurge to near 50c as Im still holding quite some stock at 42c since 2008 & hope to recover the paper loss + interest. Thats my wish.
Those I  mentioned in my previous analysis are  CONSTRUCTION industry wide problems and naturally they affect all the firms in this industry. However, I only did valuation on Yongnam and two other construction firms. Thus I would not conclude that  ALL construction firms are overvalued. Rather,  my conclusion is at least Yongnam is fairly valued for now.
Hope this clears things up.

Just to clarify, do you mean ONLY Yongnam or ALL construction companies?

Refer to my previous posts on Yongnam forum , I gave all the reason earlier on. The reasons are more or less the same as the same as those summaries by SFguy.
@redstar. I am using fundamental, technical isn't the only acceptable way. And I did provide all my reasons in earlier posts, doesn't make sense for me to cut and paste everything here again. Plus you can always scroll back and refer to them at your own leisure.

FOR THE REST WHO HAVE YET TO BUY IN:
Stay away from this counter. The shake out just began in 1st OCT and will continue for at the least the next 2-3 years. DON'T GET LURED INTO THIS COUNTER BY THOSE WHO HAD BOUGHT AT HIGH PRICE 36CENTS. My forecast is that, Yongnam will trade between 24.5cents to 28cents band for the next 2 years.

Maybe she referring to those construction or construction-related firms which rely heavily on foreign workers, and because of the increase in foreign levy, there will also be an increase in cost? Or maybe because of recent cooling measures, there is less demand for residential / property building projects? Not sure. But I am still bullish on construction and infrastructure-related companies for the next 10 - 15 years or so. Just my own opinion..
All the wise guys out there, pls provide reason to support your statement. Hope you are not base on your 'feel' w/o any technical analysis. Thx
Why would construction companies collapse? What is the reason for saying so?
Just in case anyone need a TP or opinion here, I still take on  my previous  view that any price above 28cents present a good opportunity to exit. Don't be swayed by all those news about new airport contract. Even Yongnam really secured a contract on the new airport, the new fair value is only 29cents- and it has yet to secure one yet! By June 2014, we should see the collapse of many construction companies. The shake out process has just began, stay away from all construction counters and  don't get caught by it.
Personally feel its good to go in at this period before any announcements are out. If not, Yongnam would have been priced in by then, making it more expensive to buy.
Yongnam at current levels is grossly oversold. Various research houses have a current TP of around 41cts.
