Went to read the announcement on the RTO at SGX website and got very good feeling of the success and the worthiness of this RTO.
WC (Contel directors) wants the RTO and the Yuuzoo directors also want the RTO to be successful.
As for shareholders of WC (Contel) who will eventually become shareholders of Yuuzoo, the RTO would benefit them as when the conditions of profits by Yuuzoo is met, (and all other conditions being met), we as shareholders will be having a profitable company in Yuuzoo!!.
If not successful, we will still remain in WC, AND STILL HUAT because that is the direction forward. Lol...
so many cheaper better counters than WC.
CNA got a gap to close. That's why going down. albedo over priced at 75. Or else why it was pushed to 75 then halt and sell down again?
W corp was all the way down until good news to push up. At this market sentiment, it's kinda hard to find buyers I guess. Just hold and hold.

some people quite lucky. situations push down the price for them to convert at low price.
but maybe the last chance already as most of other counters also recovering.
but this one seems to be spared the onslaught ?

My advise sell and move on.At the mt the deal is not guarantee.Look at albedo and CNA for comparison.
My only explanation here is that prices are being heavily suppressed and flush out contra players and people with no holding power...

if past few months upon announcement of the RTO, prices were being pushed to great eights like $2 or $3 , then I would say, please be careful and very careful...
This price is $0.07 for months... If the risk of $0.07 also cannot take, then what are you talking about making high returns in stock market ???
Think about it, TCW and Yuuzoo and all other stake holders, deal makers, take so much effort and work and $$$ to come to this deal of RTO just for $0.07 ??? You must be kidding...really, I mean Kids !!!

Human nature. Think about it. If a 10c per lot is confirmed, will you wanna let go at this price now? Will you wanna load and keep since its trading at this price?

It's kinda impossible. They need $0.50 after consolidation 5:1 to get onto main board.
Why will they want to risk this? Comparing Yuuzoo to its peers, it's fairly cheap for now. No one will be willing to sell since that 5:1 consolidation price is already firm and submitted to SGX.
SGX also have no problems with Contel before. So it's almost firm to say this consolidation will go thru.
In order to match up to its peers, Yuuzoo needs to be dual listed. That will give the current price must more boost.

1. Blumont-Asiaons-Liongold : they are being pushed to heights before they collapsed...where is W's position now ??? If W or Yuuzoo is out to cheat, they would have push to heights like that 3...minimum $2 and not $0.07 for months...
2. Maybe you are just trying to cause panic and buy cheap from in experienced players...because you are too late...
Look at who are the deal makers, not tom-dick-harry...
