How not to have so many seller everyday? T+4/5/6/7/8 nid to exit.
Yesterday no more short but look like sell still a lot ,don't know how come so many seller everyday,hope today all out and 0.25 hope can thong,,,,,waiting buying

I still kept their annual reports for it to stay in my memories....U go dig out soilbuild Grp's annual report and you will be able to feel it....It's no longer about money issues.... Shouldn't they think of improving the company's valuation as a listed entity? Y delist and then do the re-evaluation to improve company's valuation?
They delisted the company when the asset values were undervalued , now the same assets with so much higher valuation put into reits ? Some are sharing very good infos in Valuebuddie.
But there will always new suckers around.

SBC public listed on May,27th. Today, they released Q2 resulted ended June,30th.
With dividend 0.5cents. I personally think the mgt not too bad lah.
