Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd (“Mapletree” or “the Group”), a leading Asia-focused real estate development, investment and capital management company, posted robust results for the financial year ended 31 March 2013 (“FY12/13”). Mapletree’s PATMI increased 49% from FY11/12 to S$932 million. This was underpinned by a broad-based increase in recurring core PATMI, investment & other gains1 and revaluation gains of its investment properties.
Property firm Mapletree Investments (Reit) chalks up record full-yr profit of $932m, ready for more acquisition with $4.5b war chest.
MapletreeGCC - May 14th last done price -1.125. Today May 15th remain +ve in green territories.
Just sharing n promoting stk/shr trading interest in SJ.
Potentially go up for the next few weeks. Awaiting for a good news of DVD. Take it right before the annoucement

CRT is really, really something like MapletreeGCC - Mapletree Greater China Commercial Trust (IPO).
Oso price at max-0.93 each. A look back on MapletreeGCC ipo-ed performed.
Prices will remain stable near to $1.10c for this coming trading week where BBs interest remain vested. Last closed of @......

Sold my 3 lots from the IPO.... 3 lots very difficult to see something...
looking for the other mapletree reits... logistics and industrial... will load 10 lots when the price is right...

U see , the gearing is lousy 40 in future if they want to grow, they will i think have to issue rights.
And if you are after the yield, it is miserable 5%, no worth it. You better go for more secure counter like SPH, or starhub. dont go near reit or trust,
I cannot explain too long.

I long abit on C.O...CarrierNet n Oceanus....on MapltreeGCC, it good to take some profit, since it have more then 10% margin profit - STAG (think so)

why go for 5% yield if u buy stock,
buy WE hlding, and Rowsley, this 2 is enough.
