I did played naked shorts yesterday but not today. Infact, no counters in my list at all. Dont know what to expect next. Sti a bit heated up at the moment. Might see some correction soon i think.

Don't chase when it is high. Big boy may have take profit already. Any way this penny stock is solely base on speculation - no ground for it to go high
Agree - speculation can cause people Bankrupt. Better invest in stock that make money base on good company with renueue and divident.
Hope, U don play this stk when it went up so high, players oredi had started chasing higher high, then realised kena dumped by BBs...Oni PL n his kakis is LOLest to the bank to deposit n pay for this intended property...(proposal pet project).
Kon liao take money first when they is few hundred million dollar to take..

This is a speculative stk where EARNING IS NOT EVEN STARTING YET.
Where got so good money earn....only speculating, is either winning or lossing...
LOSS-Gambling kill pple's. Can caused bankruptcy, ruin family and in serious cases-Death.

unlike HK and Shenzhen, the security i think worst than Shenzen many times, despite the cheap land, it did not tempt me to buy... though i still think there will still be singaporean and PR want to buy at Johor. Personally i don't like the security. Securities does play an issue too in terms of property investment.

in order to boost tourism between both countries (Singapore and Malaysia) should emulate HK-Shenzhen style.

So a possible scenario could be : some Malaysia based tycoons (involved in transport business ? ) maybe be invited to build MRT lines in Johor.
If like this, a Disneyland may even consider setting up in Johor soon ? (heard Disneyland considered that before)

And oh.... 1 very very important thing : a all share-sale RTO is a show of confidence in the stock ...
show of confidence from who ? From prestigious architect group RSP.....
if so, never mind, we lose a bit of $, PL and those reputable corporate people in both Rowsley and RSP, they are already very comfortable (financially) , their good reputation and business credibility how ?

Property prices in JB is dirt cheap. A shop in a shopping mall in danga area costs only sgd $50k. Not retal but u own the place. It'll take time for prices there to appreciate. KL and Penang has higher potential for properties.

for Malaysia to prosper, it has to start with Johor 1st. Look at HK/Shenzhen !
if this proposed deal go thru, it is poised to be a big property player. Trust PL 's vision is also in Property focus basis some of his investments deals made.
if really so, then Rowsley should be valued at more than $ 0.50 / share , right ? Cos that piece of land just beside JB CIQ if developed into Condo, Office Tower, Shopping Mall will be worth billions.... ! Rental Income some more. WHY ? Cos it is so close to Singapore !
I will go there to shop for sure : )

as usual , this stock gets pumped and dumped by the BBs again.
PL and the BBs are those laughing all the way to the banks.
We have to think it this way:
We can bet on the (very) good business reputation of PL as well as those famous corporate people in Rowsley and especially RSP Architects.
