From its business perspective: Better on going business prospect and development.
From its share price perspective: will recover slowly but surely from present severely depressed of its intrinsic NAV, PE value to its justifiable fair SGX market common practised share value.

For YZJ this time round, I expect for huge capital gain, rather than tiny dividend given!
I doubt will b given tis % of dividend next yr. Perhaps 3% or below. So far tis yr one is the highest given.

yup agreed! still down trend. but the dividend yield of 4-5% should be quite gd to support the shares from going further south.

I expect a small bounce in the market after the overselling in the past few trading session...but,i believe any small bounce will be a good selling opportunity as i believe we may be in the early phase of a bear market...i will let the charts and the market forces tell me when to get back into the market again

NTA is around $0.72 so for long term player, it is a good price now.
