I play small small la...last time I brought capitaland at 3.4, I saw it dropped to 2.2 and up to 3.8(which I sold). It took me 5 years...lol. I play within my means so ok....
I can tahan until 80 years old one... nevermind one

2 tranches of stock options given to him are also in the money @ exercise price of $0.04. There is good reason for him to convert them to mother shares. Lets see.

The warrants due to expire in 6 Dec 2013 has an excercise price of $0.16. If indeed this is the reason why he sold, then every mother share he sold last week, he could convert 4.75 warrants to mother shares. That will be 9.5 million shares. |

I think this report is outdated. TP of 0.17 is based on 4x FY06 earnings. There were multiple bonus issues from FY06, so multiple dilution already.

No more bullets to play!
I am saying that what he sold at $0.076 last week is equal to $0.104 in March 13 (Dilution effect). So from 0.121 to 0.104 is around 15%. So he decided to sell at 15% lower price, not as significant as claimed by L& M. The reason for him to sell, no one knows. But can go back to his past sales to have an idea.
