Based on yesterday's closing price, the market cap is about $45million. What would be the value of current Aussino bed linen biz, and its listing status? Current Aussino outlets and network is relatively extensive, so its worth something.

Ended up at 0.152...Almost doubled over the past 2 days after the RTO is announced....
At this high price, the risk-reward ratio is no longer attractive...It is really speculative........

last round (third and final round) for today...bought at 0.143 and let go at 0.146.... All the best to those who are still playing... May you huat.... this is really like a russian roulette.....

First round - bought at 0.126 and disposed off at 0.13 (dare not be greedy as it has already gone up a lot)... earn some coffee money for my lunch.
Second round - bought at 0.141 and disposed off at 0.142 (just breakeven)
Scared to hold this " grenade" for long....definitely not overnight as market is uncertain due to the Spanish effect...

Company is issuing new shares but not the present shares it offering, then will present shares add up.. average prices for per share can't be 20 cents right?
How was 303132000 shares for $60million derived?
depends whether they over paid for the company a not...
right now we don't know what's the earnings of the new company.. so hard to justify
whether this $60m is worth while to buy this petrol kiosk business..
haiz... but now, the price already so high... chase also may make money.. but if drops... Not every counter is a JEL.

based on the amt paid $60m over 303m shares..company is worth $0.20..

Aussino Group in $60m reverse takeover deal

Aussino Group Ltd said on Monday it has entered into a $60 million reverse takeover deal with Max Strategic Investments Pte Ltd.
Under the agreement, Aussino Group said it will issue new ordinary shares of the company to Max Strategic Investments - a Singapore-company which intends to engage in the business of operating petrol kiosks in Myanmar by the time the proposed acquisition is completed.
Aussino Group said the proposed acquisition will result in a change in control of the company and would constitute a very substantial acquisition or reverse takeover.
Additionally, upon completion of the acquistion, an 85 per cent stake of all of the company's existing businesses and undertakings shall be disposed of to its controlling shareholder, Anthony Lim.
Aussino Group as been placed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX) Watch-List since September 2011 and has continued to operate under challenging retail market conditions.
