Yes agree, quite satisfied, never have such luck for a long time. Profit in pocket is safer, better than holding on, don't know what will happen tomorrow. Cheers! Smiley 444

PTT buying lor...no need to wait mah...price support...so that no one else can buy now and make a profit straight away  by selling to them at 1.90..........imagine now the price still below 1.90...then PTT may as well buy from SGX....makes sense bo?

Find it strange people buying at 1.90. Any reasons for that other than covering shorts?

Not really, the offer price is included the dividend, therefore, they will only pay you  with the deduction of  the dividend amount.

" Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the Offer Price includes the right to receive and retain the interim tax-exempt dividend of US$0.02 for each Offer Share to be paid by the Offeree on 13 September 2012 (the “Dividend”). In particular, as the settlement date in respect of the Offer Shares tendered in acceptance of the Offer (such Offer Shares, “Tendered Offer Shares”) will fall after 3 September 2012, being the record date for the Dividend, and the Offeror will not receive the Dividend in respect of the Tendered Offer Shares from the Offeree, the amount of the Dividend will be deducted from the Offer Price payable for each Tendered Offer Share."

No worries. still can sell to PPT at $1.90 and earn the dividends. But I feel that the shares are worth more...

All parties might want to push price down to buy cheaper. Don't forget it is PTT vs BB vs small investors.

how they push it down?

by selling more to mkt then buy back at 1.9?

the price move down becos smart ppl wont want to sell in the mkt even at 1.9 they need to pay comm, may as well sit at home waiting for letter.

those tat sell below 1.9 r those contra players tat dont wanna fork out cash to redeem.

Open market Selling 1.895, would they themselves push it further down to buy at a cheaper price?

Most likely capped at 1.90 and not go below the offer px.

genting^2      ( Date: 27-Aug-2012 16:38) Posted:

Maybe it will open below 1.85 tomorrow. :)

Congrats to all vested! out at 1.90 today. This is my best stock.

though i got stopped at 1.49...i went in again at 1.51 and when it rebounded from 1.41 (20 dMA) i went in again. My first post, bot Sakari at 1.30.

dragonhart      ( Date: 14-Aug-2012 08:47) Posted:

yes.....that's why we should set a stop loss....just in case.....i didn't expect it but i was prepared...set stop loss at 1.49 and got out. i would expect a pull-back before going up again....this looks more like a sell down and crashed thru 1.50 easily.

let's see if it is supported by 20 dMA at ard 1.38...if yes, i will re-enter....this time set tighter stop loss...

cheers,

jason.

I think when there is less than 10% of shares on the public hand, it will be delisted.
