i got mine at 0.125 n 0,150 . Three more lots at 0,075. Am gettin my lots. Cause as with u. For healthway i am super long on it.

yummygd, u are a short term player...i guess. Healthway drag u for too long bc of the price u bought thus u are not happy.
For me, my take on healthway is long term. For short term, i won't choose them also.
N to be frank, don't be surprise healthway may be a take over favourite as well. Its clinic in Singapore is one of the top most.
Currently what they need is to improve on their marketing strategy to fight against the giants like Raffle Medical, etc.
N i hope healthway just concentrate on medical things.....China property stuff they involved ...emm i not quite like it also.
Anyway, as mention my take is for long term, cheers.

okie lets see...lets look at it in a contra player view... 0.075 per share. now healthway is trading at 0.105 per share. we are talkin about 3 cent difference only. unless one is thinking of holding for long term...is it worth it? after all once one get their 0.075 alot will sell for profit. might not be that worth it after all.
Did u receive the letter of offer for the RIGHTS???

Bcos the whole market is tanking so is normal for Healthway to " tank" according to the general market. It is holding well at 11 c.
They are raising cash like no tomorrow. Does not look good. In fact, have always disliked this business model.

so how guys? taking up the rights issue? im just confused now.. afraid and yet wanting to take that risk.. hahaha.. anyways, im holding a small amt of shares, so wont kill me as i dun need the money to use right away..
haha.. that was what made me confused too that time coz it was x rights and i havent received any notification yet.. thats why i emailed them.. and this is the reply i got..
Dear Sir,
The books closure date (BCD) is for the purpose of determining the provisional allotments of the Rights Issue to entitled shareholders. Entitled shareholders whose securities accounts with CDP are credited with Healthway shares as at 5.00pm on 24th May 2011 will be entitled to the Rights Issue.
There will be an Offer Information Statement (OIS) sent out to all entitled shareholders on 27th May 2011. Kindly allow 2-3 working days for the document to reach you.
Important dates and time for the Rights Issue are contained in the OIS for your necessary actions.

Last time i heard, were they venturing into property? hope they dont lose focus...
Did not sell off completely but reduced stake. But he's PL. He can afford to park some lose change here.
As for us, STAY AWAY ! Counter got no solid business and keeps asking for more cash. Business model flawed. Which good doctor will willingly sell off their business to them unless their own business already dropping or they are planning to take the money, run, and restart their medical business, maybe next door to the clinic they sold to HTW even ?
Not vested, and not planning to. Many other better business to invest in.
