How strong is the competition? Paticularly Malaysia’s Axiata (MYX: 6888), and Norway’s Telenor (NASDAQ:TELNF) ? Anyone can comment?
2 licence will go to foreign and 2 to local company. I am guessing Myanmar Golden Star could in some way get a local licence or play some part in the businese else why would it need consultancy service from Mdr. Anticipate more good news to come when details of the deal is announced.

If Shares consolidation, can  move to any price they like .
Best is create value from biz or deal making like takeover by  bigger company or get  new distribution right from Samsung.
Singapore's companies Singtel and Starhub  had bidded for Myanmar license . So 50% chance  for a Singapore telco to get a license.
Myanmar target telco penetration from 8% to 80% in  2016 .
" Bloomberg reports that at least four major telecoms firms are vying to be granted licenses to operate in the newly opened up Myanmar market. Singapore’s SingTel (SGX:T48) and Telemedia are in contention, along with Malaysia’s Axiata (MYX: 6888), and Norway’s Telenor (NASDAQ:TELNF).
Two licenses are up for grabs as Myanmar aims to get phone coverage in 80 percent of the country by 2016"

Matter of time long term..If they need more capital & does another rights issue plus share consolidation then easily hit 10 cents short term.

Possible for mdr to move up to 10ct?
Especially,  selling own end-to-end  product , from own design, to manufacuring to own retail distributions.

Selling accessories have a higher profit margin then handphone distribution.

Don't care which phone is selling hot  .
Just sell mobile accessories with customised Myanmar market design ,with the help of Golden Star's local market know-how and wide distribution channel.

Not just only in accessories manufacuturing   factory in China .
But also acquired Pixio Malaysia , in the business of providing design solutions for and digital printing of Out Of Home advertisements.
" Pixio is a company incorporated in Malaysia and in the business of providing design solutions for and digital printing of Out Of Home advertisements. "
With these two acquisitions:
Probably Pixio will provide the digital design for accessories manufacturing in China .
Then ,selling in MDR retail distribution channel in Sgp and  in future  , the red hot Myanmar frontier market.
This will forms a vertical   end-to-end supply chain for the booming mobile accessories biz .
At the same time, MDR  acquired Pixion's digital printing of Out Of Home advertisements biz  with potentially further expansion into Singapore and Myanmar as new biz diversification !

Lim Chin Tong sold 109 million of his mother share. He didnt convert his warrant to sell. He still holding to hundred millions of warrant. Maybe he thinks its time to take some profit off but we dont see him selling anymore since. As I said before, he sold the share for $2 million  and he may convert all his warrant at $2.5 million to get back 10% share holding of Mdr.

If Phillip Eng can buy at 0.018 then he sees Mdr can grow further. When Mdr was trading at $0.003, he bought all the access rights at $0.005  and  now Mdr is trading at $0.02.

Wow..acquire business in China and Malaysia!! huat Ah!!!
Could u post the info on the boss selling his converted warrants and at what price...
Why would he convert the warrants and sell, cos he can only immediately sell at 0.019, when he can sell the warrants at 0.014 immediately ie don't need convert..
Phillip Eng the MD bot at 0.018 recently... I have not seen any announcement if him selling..

Said earlier - one SSH already run road. 2c is the mountain to clear, but if bo luck, then how? Cheonging in the other direction la. Unless another SSH comes along, it is very hard to breach this roadblock. Good luck to all. Happy speculating.
If BB want to fry last few days already do so  ..the fact the boss himself  sold the shares make us thinking he has no confidence in MDR shares, if he has (boss) he should wait longer not just convert wrt almost free and sell in open market to us ...Unless the boss himself buy again in open market at large volume than can regain our confidence of this shares ...
Lol in short its just promising wahaha
