FL should be sideline for sometime before the next wave will start, more goodies may be announce the next FY... Should be profitable, but it takes longer period....

Frontline has executed a decent result justifying its price. Slight disappointment though that it dish out same amount of dividend as last year. Well, probably needs its $40m cash for its expansion plan to generate higher profit and return. Look like have to be patient for it to demonstrate its expected strong earning in the coming future. Generally positive result from its activities and positive prospect as presented by Frontline.
Today's trading is rather subdue with 6m traded, 4.5m from seller and 1.9m from buyer. Showing signs of speculator shifting their money out as no goodies was dish out. Pobably go into consolidation phase again pending its next corporate move.
Which means for every 10 lots, FL pays $60 to shareholder.

Frontline Technologies Corporation - Expansion underway

Frontline Technologies Corporation says it plans to expand operations in regional countries and is confident that there will be more growth opportunities in its FY 2008.
FY 2007 revenue was up 18.6% to S$200.5 mln, thanks to its IT services from outsourcing to consulting and implementation.
Net profit rose 37% to S$12.1 mln.
Its business generated S$10.2 mln in cash from operations, compared to the S$7.1 mln last year.
It says that it will be paying a dividend of 0.60 cents per share, same as last year.
I hope this will clarify the dividend issue
tought this share will cheong after announcing good results..... price down to 0.17?? when this share will cheong to 0.23
Frontline gp profit rose by 19%, Svc revenue accounted for 47% of gp total rev. Regionalisation resulted in53% rev contributed from o'seas ops, EPS 1.17cts NAV 14.5CTS. Attended the briefing, overall impression was good. The new strategy in thedeal with ITOCHU should strengthen Frontline overall deal with Japanes companies in the region. I was late did not hear the dividend bit, but from the report, the div declared was for FY ending 31mar07. Over net margin need to improve, none the less, fundalmentally good co, forward looking mgmt. Healthy cash position of S$41.6million.

Oops, NO DIVIDEND declared though good FY07 results. But then, market is irrational and looks like it is heading NORTH this afternoon.

Thanks. Any idea what time FL will announce the result. Been following since I came into this forum. Seem that it is going to positive judging by the members' view here. Anyone know what is the all time high for this counter? FL is expanding into many countries in their IT.
