UOB KH Upgrades Indofood Agri Resources To Buy 

0323 GMT [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: UOB KayHian upgrades Indofood Agri Resources (5JS.SG) to Buy from Hold on improved upside to its S$2.54 target price following recent price weakness. Expects plantation group to report robust 4Q09 earnings growth tomorrow on back of 40% rise in international CPO prices, higher CPO production. For FY09, tips 2.4% drop in earnings to IDR1,210 billion as lower selling prices of CPO offset higher production. But forecasts earnings increase of 32%, 12% for FY10, FY11 respectively on view demand, prices will stay firm. Stock +0.5% at S$2.12.
