It might not be the case. It seems like the old news will not make this stock go North. Pending warrants and Myanmar telco announcements have already worn out!!! Lack of strong impact news to push this stock price to new heights!

In my opinion, there are positive development in the company:
1) Stronger cash position and expecting more injections as the bonus draw near, more warrant 13 will convert to receive bonus warrants.
2) Significant inventories reduction from 2011 to 2012, high inventory reflect sloppy practices in cash management. This has also lead to smaller write-off over 2012.
3) Migration of revenue stream from Project sales to Project maintenance sales. The later is less capital intensive, is recurring and has lower risk and higher gross margin.
4) Growing steadily in indo-china, where potential are in focus. (Although there are risks associated)
Hard to trade in this counter. Has got good news but behaving in a erratic way. Anyway, these are old news and if there is no more good news, this stock might head south!

STI is a blue chip index. If you noticed blue chips are up and they are always the first category of stocks to move. Penny stocks like NT normally move later.
As I said earlier, NT is bottoming, what's so bad about it? Now is the time to pick some durians lah

With STI moving up and creating 52 weeks high, it reflects on the market condition and sentiment. As such, I am wondering why the poor performance for Ntegrator recently.
