You should get between 80000 to $165000 depending on how many people exercise their warrant.
500,000,000 x 0.016 = 8000000 cents = $80000
500,000,000 x 0.033 = 16500000 cents = $165000
You're putting $5 Milllion into this share ?

More people will be exercising their warrant to get the dividend. Expect price to move up further before ex-dividend in May.
The Board of Directors of mDR Limited (the “Company”) wishes to announce that the issued share capital of the Company has increased from 6,417,084,654 ordinary shares to 6,459,290,654 ordinary shares by way of allotment and issuance of 42,206,000 new ordinary shares pursuant to the exercise of 42,206,000 Warrants (W140925) at the exercise price of S$0.005 for each new ordinary share on 16 March 2012. These new ordinary shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, and are expected to be listed and quoted on the
Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited with effect from 20 March 2012.
The total outstanding Warrants (W140925) remaining after the aforesaid exercise is 6,179,575,659.

Whichever share or warrant they buy, total still 12 billion share unless they dont exercise after 3 years. If buy warrant its only half the price you pay thats the probable reason but would expect gain within 3 years else worth nothing by then.
Matter of time it will be push up again...accumulaion mode.
Seems like there is buying interest warrant but not the mother share.
Are they doing this way to accumulate without driving up the mother share ?

Maybe, but must consider that there are a lot of issued shares stuck at higher prices that are more than willing to you. MDR hit a high of $1 in it's hay day. Since then they have been issuing more shares diluting it's own value. But this move marks it's first step to bringing value back to shareholders and it's just the beginning of the second half of a full swing.
It will take a very long time, investors will win. Not my gameplan, so I will wait for better price.

I agree, if it can hold it will go up again. But if cannot people will get stuck, but I may come in again haha.

Quite sure its accumulation...Show not over yet. 
If its able to hold price at 0.009-0.01...it should continue its uptrend slowly towards May (Dividend close date).
My guess is BB is still collecting it for the dividend so its unlikely they will offload now.
Good luck to those still holding...
i am not sure about that though. i somehow think that there is massive accumulation going on looking at the chart, but i might be grossly wrong. might come down briefly, but we will see. Think i am holding on. caveat emptor.
