price earnings thingy again. i think it is important to note that PE can go up if its earnings falls faster than its price.

yongjiu....if i recall rightly, i've only given two roses in this forum....this elf doesn't give roses for nothing...

must at least be like billywows, giving me flowers, and even a mousie!!!

heehee...

oh, nice take on the Warren Buffet thing. I like his other philo tho, that 'you don't trade what you don't understand.'

and yes. SPC is fundamentally cheap at this level. PE is 7x.

Giantlow...
If I am not wrong, Bollinger bands narrow only when future prices are used for the computation... I mean if you remove tomorrow's prices/volumes, will the indicators be the same? I may be wrong about this...

thanks elf.

YongJiu, i give u leaf badge. (

i read somewhere that although Warren Buffet is highly praised for avoiding the tech bubble crash a few years back, nobody actually went to calculate the potential gains that he failed to make

Yup, i see the same thing too. the bollinger bands are still quite wide but the prices are moving towards the upper levels.

for those who are not risk takers, it advisable to wait until after the results this wednesday.

This one looks like it's establishing the uptrend.

If this is so, an entry @4.16 (upon a pullback) would be ideal.

Advice a wait and see approach. SPC is doing well today but the volumes so far are not very impressive.

As I mentioned before a couple of days back, it may be bottoming out. But I'm not sure if today's rally is due to the 1% cut thing or due to actual bullishness of the stock.
